This past year, I have found myself inching out onto the skinny branches, challenging myself to do the difficult soul work I need to do to be more powerfully present in my life and in the lives of those I love and serve. With the help of a mentor, I've grown and accomplished a lot. Now, I want to pass it on. I've developed a program to help others to do the soul work they need to grow their spiritual health. I call the program Spirit Strong and it's available here. Find more information here.
Finding the courage to grow my soul, my mindset, and my gratitude has enabled me to become the hero I needed in my life, and to give others the space and the tools they need to become the heroes they need to be in their lives. I would love to tell you about the ICU nurses about to break in the pandemic pressure that I am able to hold a safe space for. Or about a single mom who was able to forgive her ex and is building a life of joy and purpose for herself and her children. Or about Paul, who’s growing into a spiritual stronghold for his family as they struggle with the health of an infant grandchild. Or Grayson. Or Jeannie. Or so many others. But those aren't my stories to tell.
Are You Looking For a Hero In Your Life?
The hero you need in your life stares back at you in the mirror every day. You have it in you to be the hero you need in your life and to build the life you want and love. I'm going to be straight with you - it's not easy work. It's simple, but it isn't easy. It requires you take a step each day. Many of the steps you take will be shaky, but they will lead you to a life you want to wake up and jump into each day.
I've taken these steps and I can help you take them, too. I don't know, honestly, how far I would have gone without my mentor encouraging me and challenging me and most importantly reminding me why I wanted to keep on the journey.
If you answered yes to any of these questions, take the first (shaky) step now by pressing the link below and you will be closer to being the hero you need in your life. It starts now. It's as simple as taking that first action
